Aluminum mat with a rubber insert

Aluminum profiles for mats of various irregular shapes, connected with a vinyl connector or steel cord, which enable the formation of various shapes ith any curvature. The aluminum profiles are supplemented with a double notched natural rubber. This type of mats are perfect for revolving doors and other complex surfaces. Can be rolled up, easy to clean. Traps dirt through the up to 24 mm deep spaces between the profiles. Safe in conditions of freezing drizzle. Traps dirt and water  through the raised rubber surface. Recommended for outdoor and indoor vestibules. Suitable for entrances with heavy traffic. Mat with acoustic backing.

Aluminum profiles with rubber and a linear brush in any proportions (rubber – brush 1: 1, 2: 1, 3: 1, 5: 1). Can be rolled up, easy to clean. High cleaning effect through the use of profiles with a linear brush. Safe in conditions of freezing drizzle. Recommended for outdoor and indoor vestibules. Suitable for entrances with heavy and very heavy traffic. Mat with acoustic backing.

• felt active polypropylene – thickness 9 mm

Aluminum profiles for mats of various irregular shapes, connected with a vinyl connector or steel cord, which enable the formation of various shapes with any curvature. The aluminum profiles are supplemented with felt, 7 mm thick, in the non-flammable (fire class CFL s1) version or with the use of polypropylene felt, 9 mm thick, with very high durability and high cleaning parameters. Can be rolled up, easy to clean. Traps dirt and absorbs 80% of moisture from footwear through the arched surface of the felt. Recommended only for interior entrance areas. Suitable for entrances with heavy traffic. Mat with acoustic backing.

Profile height 20 mm, profile width 30 mm, total mat height 25 mm (with felt thickness 7 mm) and 27 mm (with felt thickness 9 mm).

Aluminum profiles with felt and a linear brush in any proportions (felt – brush 1: 1, 2: 1, 3: 1, 5: 1). Can be rolled up, easy to clean. It traps dirt through the active linear brushreaching above the felt surface and absorbs moisture. Perfectly removes sand and other impurities. Suitable for entrances with very heavy traffic. Mat with an acoustic underlay and the possibility of using non-flammable felt, fire class CFL s1.
